I never decided if it is useful or not. Perhaps the only issue is that some users might like lean loads without messages. Ok to me to have, might be informative. |

Some packages have a message when package is loaded into the session. Do we want that kind of thing? It could give info on online documentation. Currently, this PR implements the following message.
