The govulncheck warnings about GO-2026-4541, GO-2026-4539, GO-2026-4538, GO-2026-4537 and GO-2026-4458 are unrelated to this PR and will be fixed by another PR bumping Caddy from 2.10.2 to 2.11.1. |

This PR syncs with Caddy's list of enabled linters and updates a few exclusions to fix linter warnings in other PRs.
