The full flake check blocked installation of the agent update with unused overlay arguments and false positives in the retired-platform scanner. Mark the unused arguments, match the retired command/library at a name boundary so identifiers and integrity hashes remain valid, and correct the stale capacity-script description.
Validation: full
nix flake check --no-update-lock-filepassed all 54 checks; Strix and client closures built, including the existing local workflow-rule changes. System and user-service activation previews preserve Herdr and live sessions. These are the same narrow gate corrections previously prepared in the broader suite branch.
