FF139 escapes
<as<and>as>in attribute values when HTML is serialized (i.e. when reading Element.innerHTML, Element.outerHTML, Element.getHTML(), ShadowRoot.innerHTML, , ShadowRoot.getHTML().This is the experimental features update.
