Remove references to IE

Remove references to internet explorer.

I updated some Codecs. If all modern browsers support a feature for over a year, changed to "all browsers."

This is NOT an in-depth edit to existing pages. Please create an issue for page edits or removals (I will be doing that for two pages that needed further editing)
