Hi @rohini-ranjanR! Thanks for your contribution. Unfortunately, the change you have made does not fulfill the criteria outlined in the linked issue. What we are looking for is a complete page covering the form attribute, located at /en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Attributes/form, which outlines its behavior in detail. We would then want the HTML elements that accept form to link to that page in their attribute lists.

I'm going to close this PR so that it does not become stale, but please feel free to open a new PR that provides the required fix. And don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it.
