Summary

The reading-flow and reading-order CSS properties are enabled by default in Chrome 137 onwards (see https://chromestatus.com/feature/5113638848561152).

This PR updates the existing reading-flow data to just show the release version, and adds a sub-data point for each of the keyword values. It also adds a new data point for reading-order.
