Updates for Firefox 122 beta

The Open Web Docs BCD collector v10.6.4 found new features shipping in Firefox 122 beta which was released today. Currently, the collector covers about 82% of BCD, so the following list might not be exhaustive. Also, if a feature is in Firefox Nightly only, it is not considered here.

With this PR, BCD considers the following features as shipping in Firefox 122:

• Clipboard API (removed from this PR, see FF122 Clipboard async API in preview/late beta #21667 instead)
• api.HTMLSelectElement.showPicker (added in Add Firefox 122 support for select.showPicker() #21391).
• api.LargestContentfulPaint
• api.LargestContentfulPaint.element
• api.LargestContentfulPaint.id
• api.LargestContentfulPaint.loadTime
• api.LargestContentfulPaint.renderTime
• api.LargestContentfulPaint.size
• api.LargestContentfulPaint.toJSON
• api.LargestContentfulPaint.url
• css.properties.offset-path.ray
• css.properties.offset-path.url
• css.properties.offset-position
• css.properties.offset-position.normal
• html.elements.hr.hr_in_select (added in Add <hr> in <select> #21652)
• html.elements.select.hr_in_select (added in Add <hr> in <select> #21652)
• javascript.builtins.ArrayBuffer.transfer

I compared this list against mdn/mdn#496. Some followups will be needed. For example for the CSS types xywh() and rect() (not yet covered by the collector). Many other features listed in the issue seem to be Nightly only, so they aren't included here.

The Clipboard API is early-beta and nightly only, so just leave that to #21667.

I wonder if there is a way to test without features only in "early betas"; that way, it doesn't get added in the first place. Like a pref.

Hi @Elchi3, I'd like to confirm that the changes in offset-path.json and offset-position.json in this PR look good.
