So I have deliberately pinned this project to use Pekko 1.0.x as to not accidentally use any new functions from Pekko 1.1.x, I am fine with leaving this up for testing but I am not going to merge it as unlike the other Pekko projects there is no benefit that this project will get from incrementing the version (inlining cannot happen because its not a core pekko project).
