Adds new
mc2 configurecommand that enables users to configure the path to their config YAML using themc2command line as opposed to setting an environment variable. The config path is subsequently stored in the cache, and is not removed whenmc2 stopis run. The only way to change the config path is to callmc2 configureagain.
