The Agent Integration page contradicts itself about oh-my-pi. Its capability
table marks activity tracking ✓ for oh-my-pi and the Installation section
documents wt config plugins omp install, but the Activity tracking section
below still reads "The Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Pi, and Gemini plugins
track agent sessions…" and "All five plugins clear the marker when a session
ends." Both predate #4135, which split the Pi and oh-my-pi
installers and added the sixth column without updating the prose.

oh-my-pi does track and does clear: dev/omp-hook.ts sets 🤖 on
agent_start, 💬 on agent_end, and clears on session_shutdown.

Rather than adding a sixth name and bumping the count to six, both sentences
now quantify instead of enumerating — "Every plugin tracks…" and "Every plugin
clears…". The duplicated host list is what went stale, and the capability table
directly above already carries it, so removing it means the next host doesn't
have to be added in two places. Quantifying also reads correctly for someone
arriving on the #activity-tracking deep link from tips-patterns.md, who
never sees that table.

No test: the change is prose. test_docs_are_in_sync covers the two generated
mirrors, which are regenerated here.

The Agent Integration page's capability table gained an oh-my-pi column in
#4135, but the Activity tracking section below it kept naming five hosts and
counting "all five plugins" — so the page both claimed oh-my-pi tracks
activity and left it out of the prose that says what tracking does.

Point the prose at the table instead of re-enumerating it, and drop the
count. Both sentences now stay true when the next host lands.

Primary is docs/src/content/docs/claude-code.md; the two mirrors are
test_docs_are_in_sync output.

Both rewritten claims hold — dev/omp-hook.ts, dev/pi-extension.ts, dev/opencode-plugin.ts, plugins/worktrunk/hooks/hooks.json, plugins/worktrunk/.codex-plugin/plugin.json, and hooks/hooks.json each set a marker and clear it on their host's session-end event, so "Every plugin clears the marker" covers all six.

One wording consequence: tips-patterns.md links straight to Activity tracking, so the documented entry point into this section lands the reader on the heading with the capability table — the only antecedent for "above" — scrolled off the top. "Every plugin tracks…" keeps the de-duplication this PR is after, stands on its own from either entry point, and parallels the "Every plugin clears the marker…" sentence six lines below. Suggestion inline on the primary page; the two mirrors follow from it.

Pushing that to this branch, since the PR has no human author to apply it.

"The plugins above" has no antecedent when a reader arrives via the
#activity-tracking deep link from tips-patterns.md. "Every plugin"
parallels the clear-on-session-end sentence below it and still keeps the
host list out of the prose.
