Updates the user directory handling code to use
current_state_eventsandroom_membershiptables to determine the membership state of a room, instead of calculating it from scratch. It does this by making use of theget_users_in_roomstorage method. I also needed to add a method that produced user profile information without state calculation.I used the
room_membershiptable for this, which has profile information, unlikecurrent_state_eventswhich would require pulling the event itself. I'm not totally sure ifroom_membershipsis as up to date ascurrent_state_eventsbut tests pass???Should help reduce CPU usage on the user directory, especially when memberships change in rooms with lots of state history.
