I agree with this change, but I think the example config is generated automatically from the source code (scripts-dev/generate_sample_config --check). I think later CI stages will run this and I suspect they'll reproduce the values unquoted.

Sorry, I was wrong here. The string literal you edited in tls.py is part of the config file verbaitim.

In that case, let's get the changelog fixed and we can take this forward!
