Bugfix get_current_role when only one role exists

Fixes #[issue number]

This was found out while @ghislaineguerin started testing on a fresh setup of mathesar, an error was getting thrown in the python layer because parent_roles was null instead of []. This behaviour was happening because the fresh installation didn't have any roles other than mathesar.
