FUTR-69 Get Plugins page working in Admin
A plugin needs to be able to be connected from the new Plugins page in Admin. When the plugin is connected, it will need to store that information (in a database?) and then display that plugin in the left sidebar since it is now considered "enabled" or "connected". |

This PR creates a plugin page that shows enabled plugins, and a configure integration page that lists all the available plugins in the framework.
