node-sass is not supported Node 12 currently.

Node 6.x LTS has reached EOL. Already some build tools is not working in a build with Node 6. (e.g.
micromatchinstylelint)This PR drops support for Node 6 in Marpit. Marpit is an only repository in Marp team that is supporting Node 6.
Resolves #139.
