This PR will upgrade Node (v10.16.0) and dependent packages to the latest version via
yarn upgrade --latest. It includes the update of Marpit v1.2.0 and SVG polyfill v1.0.0.Marpit v1.2.0 supports type definitions for theme metadata to realize #91. And it has updated how to get meta value from theme:
ThemeSet#getThemeMeta.It has no drasstic changes for general user. So Marp Core would bump patch version for removing a bit tricky patch in Marp for VS Code (Fixed in marp-team/marpit#169).
