Update Marp Core HTML plugin to use markdown-it instance's
html
option instead of own option.It means there is the same interanal interface as markdown-it to configure enable/disable HTML. So It would allow overriding
html
option throughmarkdownIt.set()
.It requires in marp-team/marp-vscode#10 with the latest VS Code 1.32. An updated VS Code is no longer required reload when installing Markdown extension, and we have to be able to be setting HTML option dynamically.
