Upgrade dependent packages to latest version by using
yarn upgrade(-interactive) --latest. This PR includes the update of Marpit v0.7.0.To improve the integration with plain markdown-it, the latest Marpit has enhanced plugin system. Marp Core is working well now, but it should follow this improvement for supporting toggle Marp Core extended rules together with Marpit in another PR.
