Upgrade dependent packages to the latest

Notable changes

• Upgrade Marpit to v2.1.0.
• Upgrade Marp Core to v2.1.0.
• Many packages require Node.js 12 and later now.
  • Especially the latest globby v12 has required Node.js 12.20 and some tweaks. See the comment in below.
  • Marp CLI has already dropped the support of EoL Node.js 10 in v1: Upgrade Node and dependent packages to the latest version #338 / node.js < 12 not supported #359
• Upgrade Node.js for development and CI environments
  • Added CI test against Node 16 in Linux.
  • Use the modern cimg/node container image instead of circleci/node.

The latest globby v12 now requires Node.js 12.20+.

• Changed how to export functions, types, and changed function names (hasMagic -> isDynamicPattern)
• globby is now pure ESM.

Marp CLI should:

• Update Node.js requirement to Node.js 12.20+
  • Update engines in package.json
  • Update README.md
    • These changes are reverted in Add @rollup/plugin-alias to remove node: schema from require statements #366.
• Bundle globby into Marp CLI instead of leaving to external dependency.
  • Moved globby from dependencies to devDependencies.
• Handle node: schema while running Jest
