Q: What changes does ODC make on the local computer? A: ODC aims to be self-contained and avoid making any changes to the system. Data is collected in %temp%, %systemroot%\temp, and the temporary folder the script is ran from. Once the script finishes running, it will clean up temporary files left in these locations.
Q: Do I have to be an administrator to run ODC? A: Yes. Many tests require privileged access. If the primary user account is not a local administrator, you can either log on interactively as an account with admin rights or launch a PowerShell window by right-clicking on the PowerShell shortcut and choosing 'Run as administrator...". This forum thread discusses other ways to do this.
