This is currently based on the v7 branch (#173), but could be switched to main if v7 get's merged first.

Updates to ESLint 8.

There's a few dependencies that need to be updated before this can be nicely merged (we can get forceful if need be, but giving the ecosystem time to adopt).

• eslint-plugin-react-hooks (merged, but not released)
  • feat(eslint-plugin-react-hooks): support ESLint 8.x facebook/react#22248
• eslint-plugin-react-native
  • Switch rules to object export style (fixes eslint v8+) Intellicode/eslint-plugin-react-native#299
