Current main fails the TestFlight workflow guard after #9165 replaced push uploads with scheduled batching.
This updates the existing test-only guard to enforce the two cron schedules, the embedded iOS path filter, run-id concurrency, and resolved INTERNAL/DEMO variant routing. Runtime workflow logic is unchanged.
