What I checked (read-only; nothing was built or run locally):

• Diff: one file, Packages/macOS/CmuxNext/Package.swift. Only the CCmuxAppFFI url and checksum change (2 lines in, 2 lines out). The head's parent is a7fac9e48328 on feat-cmux-next; git diff origin/feat-cmux-next...head shows only this file.
• Release cmux-app-ffi-728ed6cc8d33189189e9e129f5356958ddce5a16 exists (prerelease, not draft, target commitish 728ed6cc8d33). SOURCE_SHA is 728ed6cc8d33189189e9e129f5356958ddce5a16. SHA256SUMS, CCmuxAppFFI.xcframework.zip.sha256 and GitHub's asset digest all say 7e9a47f9ddaed5c291eceac157a6718b37f1133dcd9990c6be1d35e97c652081, which is the pinned checksum. The sha256 of the downloaded zip is the same value.
• 728ed6cc8d33 is the merge of Keyboard resize rules in Rust: cmux-layout-reducer shown_resize over the app FFI, proven equal to Swift on a 3,203-case corpus (step A) #35848 (shown_resize C calls) and is on feat-cmux-next. It contains e241a6765689 (the merge of ClosingPanes rules into cmux-layout-reducer (closing_panes) over the app FFI, step A: Rust port, C ABI, Swift split and parity corpus (no behavior change) #35886, closing_panes C calls).
• Release run 41928437554 (push of 728ed6cc8d33) is complete and green: build xcframework, Linux cross-compile shadow, publish release, open the re-pin pull request. The re-pin job logs "app FFI pin: sources match 728ed6c..." and "app FFI pin: release built from 728ed6c... with checksum 7e9a47f9...", the check-app-ffi-pin.sh --verify-release output.
• Freshness: check-app-ffi-pin.sh --list-inputs at the feat tip d86e299ed23d gives 15 crates plus cmux-tui/rust-toolchain.toml and scripts/cmux-next/build-app-ffi.sh. git log 728ed6cc8d33..origin/feat-cmux-next -- <inputs> is empty, and the head's inputs equal those at 728ed6cc8d33. The two later feat commits (perf(cmux-tui): a key to an idle input port is written on its own turn, with no thread hand-off (#35413 A/B) #35872 in cmux-tui-core, feat: prewarm selected Cloud machines while typing #34974 in Swift and webviews) touch no input. The pin is not stale on arrival.
• Headers in the release zip (read from the archive as data): cmux_layout_reducer_ffi.h declares all 5 cmux_shown_resize_* functions of Keyboard resize rules in Rust: cmux-layout-reducer shown_resize over the app FFI, proven equal to Swift on a 3,203-case corpus (step A) #35848 and all 12 cmux_closing_panes_* functions of ClosingPanes rules into cmux-layout-reducer (closing_panes) over the app FFI, step A: Rust port, C ABI, Swift split and parity corpus (no behavior change) #35886. Its size (42277 bytes) equals the header at 728ed6cc8d33. The archive has one macos-arm64_x86_64 slice.
• Swift ABI: the only check is RbClient.swift:31, assert(RemoteRdCore.abiVersion >= 2, ...). The release header has CMUX_RD_FFI_ABI_VERSION 5u (no rd change since the last pin), so the check passes. No Swift code calls cmux_shown_resize_* or cmux_closing_panes_* yet; the step B PRs follow this re-pin.

Checks on this head:

• No red check. Pass: "fast gates", "cmux-next/fast-gates", "fleet/test-compile (advisory)", "rust workspaces", "generated drift", "merge freeze", "package-conventions-lint", the cmux-next ratchets and the other static checks.

• Base finding this PR fixes: "cmux-next checks" is red on the feat push of 728ed6cc8d33 at the step "Check the app FFI pin" (also red on b5e96a15cd37), because the FFI sources moved past the old pin b24aac2c507d. This re-pin is the fix.
