Base red: test/transcript-cohesion.test.ts fails or times out on feat-cmux-next, and it takes webviews shard 1 past its 30-minute limit. That blocks every PR whose shard 1 runs it, #35312 among them.

• The claude variant expected no Worked for header. Transcript: a finished Claude turn folds under one Worked for, its runs inside #34774 and Agent pane: a finished turn's fold comes from one per-harness-family table #35113 changed that on purpose: a finished Claude turn now folds under one Worked for, closed, like Codex's. The test now waits for that header and checks the shared rhythm, a 22px header with the reply 16px below.
• The file runs 48 browser cases, about 240 s on a fleet worker. The runner's default per-file limit is 120 s, so the file always timed out. It now declares // cmux-web-test-timeout: 480, like the accent-glass files.

Testing

On a fleet worker with the CI runner (bun run test test/transcript-cohesion.test.ts, no retries):

• before: 46 pass and 2 fail (claude keeps the activity rhythm, light and dark) in 235 s, which is a TIMEOUT at the 120 s limit;
• after: PASS, 48 of 48, in 237 s.

#35410 landed the same Claude assertion fix on the base, so this PR now merges the base, keeps that version of the test, and adds only the // cmux-web-test-timeout: 480 line.
