Follow-up to #25929, which renamed the compile status to cmux-next/compile and posted the previous context name beside it for the transition.

What changes

• The compile-status job posts only cmux-next/compile. It no longer posts cmux-next/linux-compile.
• tests/test_ci_cmux_next_compile_status.py expects one post per state again, and the terminal-post time budget goes back to one post (110 s).

Why now

Every reader of the status now accepts cmux-next/compile: the landing tools that read it have landed their change. Both contexts were posted on a live PR head (#25929's head 1ed3feb1, pending then success on each).

Risk

Low. A reader that still read only the old name would see the status go missing, which reads as "no verdict", not as a pass. No ruleset or branch protection names either context.

Tests

tests/test_ci_cmux_next_compile_status.py passes locally. actionlint reports only the existing unknown-runner-label notice.
