UI batch 1: two ready web UI PRs merged once on current feat-cmux-next, so they land together with one gallery preview and one dev build.

• Color file change counts by diff side #18325: the agent pane's changes tree colors +N additions green and -N deletions red, with the theme's diff tokens.
• Gallery: fit component entries to their natural bounds #18321: component gallery entries render at their natural bounds, and fit scales against the component instead of a 16:9 window.

They merged with no conflicts. On top of the merges, one commit regenerates the agent pane and page bundles with scripts/cmux-next/regenerate-bundles-remote.sh. The constituent PRs stay open until this lands; they then close as landed via this PR.

#18224 and #18277 were in the first cut and are dropped: they landed on their own as daf0d36 and 7fac2bf.

Testing

• Each constituent's own tests come along unchanged, and this PR's hosted CI runs them together on the merged head.
• The pane strings were regenerated with gen-strings.mjs agentPane, which produced no changes.
• The batch's gallery preview is built at its head (link below).
