Redirect cmux.dev to cmux.com with 301s - #1716

Middleware intercepts requests to cmux.dev and www.cmux.dev, issuing 301 permanent redirects to cmux.com while preserving the full path, query string, and locale prefix. All internal references (sitemap, robots.txt, metadataBase, OpenGraph URLs, JSON-LD structured data, canonical URLs, legal pages, i18n message strings) now point to cmux.com. Unchanged: - PostHog proxy at r.cmux.dev (requires separate DNS config) - Testimonial quotes referencing cmux.dev (user-generated content)
