Summary

Make the exact /goal resume action prompt in a live Codex terminal row clickable. Clicking it sends /goal resume followed by Enter through the existing deferred agent-hint click path.

The command detector is deliberately narrow: it only recognizes the allowlisted command when the rendered row contains that command and whitespace padding, only for Codex, and only in the live region. Prose, shell examples, partial commands, and scrollback remain inert.
