Backfills ## Unreleased in CHANGELOG.md for the 1,294 PRs merged to main since v0.64.25, and drafts the headline cards for the next release.

Features still behind flags that default off in release builds (Agent Chat, workspace todos) are left out. CI, tests, docs, tooling, website and coderouter PRs are skipped. The existing bonsplit#253 line also links Bump bonsplit: tab hover follows the pointer after a close #14885, the submodule bump that shipped it, and the existing Show agent state from cmux ssh hosts in the sidebar #14902 line also covers its follow-up cmux-tui: inject Claude hooks through a PATH shim, including under sr #14908. Two existing lines were missing credit (Keep active pane border aligned when split zoom changes pane bounds #14646, Index live terminal scrollback in global search #11665); that is fixed.
• changelog-media.ts: an Unreleased entry, "Agents over SSH, Predictive Echo, Prompt Markers", with five cards: agents on SSH hosts (Show agent state from cmux ssh hosts in the sidebar #14902, Add cmux session move for Claude sessions #14959), predictive local echo (Predictive local echo for remote terminals #13967), prompt markers on the scrollbar (Add prompt markers to conversation scrollback #13595), terminal scrollback in Global Search (Index live terminal scrollback in global search #11665), and the password input indicator (Show a password input indicator while echo is off #14867). Each tryIt line was checked against main: the Settings labels in SettingsSearchIndex.swift, the ⌥⌘F Global Search default, and the cmux session move usage string. There are no images or clips yet.
• Version key: /release doesn't touch changelog-media.ts, so the entry uses the placeholder key Unreleased. The docs page looks up cards by the versions parsed from ## [x.y.z] - date headings, so nothing renders until the key is renamed. Step 3 of .claude/commands/release.md now says to rename it.
• Test: "the latest documented release says how to try each feature" was pinned to "0.64.25". It now checks the first entry in changelogMedia, so it covers whichever release is newest without a manual edit.

PR list: one search query per time window (merged:>=v0.64.25's commit time), unioned with main's first-parent history. Both give 1,294 PRs. Every PR's body was read before it got a line.

Testing

On Ubuntu 26.04 with bun 1.3.14: bun test tests/changelog-pages.test.tsx passes (14 tests), and so do sync-changelog and the three docs-search suites (11 tests). tsc --noEmit reports no errors in the changelog files.
