Summary

Tighten the review receipt contract so a finding can claim repaired only when the receipt carries successful post-repair proof.

• require a non-null repair object for repaired findings;
• require attempted: true, result: fixed, after_source, and verification;
• require post-repair verification result passed;
• require at least one verification evidence item.

This is the parent-schema follow-up surfaced while reviewing #13527, kept separate from the no-socket CLI work.
