Two console taps on top of current main (which already contains the owned-remote observer fix block#1492) to verify it end-to-end on a local build: - [obs-ingest] in useAgentObserverIngestion: shows the ingestion agent set + statuses, so we see whether owned-remote agents (Fizz/Honey) are folded in as deployed and thus registered in knownAgentPubkeys. - [obs-in] in observerRelayStore.handleRelayObserverEvent: fires per arriving kind-24200 frame with agent pubkey + known?/trustset, proving whether frames arrive AND pass the trust gate. Strip before any real use.
