Namespacing

In a shared environment (like crudr.com) the backends need to be separated based on the namespace of the app.

A flag in the config may activate the feature (de-activated by default) that will expect all backends to be setup as such:

namespace_domain

During each domain setup, the namespace flag will define if the backend name will be broken to the first _ or not...

Namespace should be passed to the app via the key during the authentication
