chore: settings bug fixes and ui improvement

This PR includes bug fixes and ui improvement for setting pages:

• Project setting > General > Truncate project name in project setting.
• Project setting > Integration Setting > empty state heading missing & Breadcrumbs fix.
• Project setting > Members setting > replace Select place holder with None and add Icon for None Option.
• Workspace setting > Import & export setting history empty state alignment consistency.
• Profile setting > Activity setting > user icon bug.
• Layout > Disable sidebar setting layout scroll.
