First the intermittent bug with the red circle in the minicart. Sometimes the red circle appears because the cart().summary_count isn't defined

@mamzellejuu, thank you for contribution, but this bug was already fixed. cart property doesn't observable any more. It was changed in eec3cf1 |

Fix the intermittent bug with the red circle in the minicart.
Sometimes the red circle appears because the cart().summary_count isn't defined. Fix the conditionnal to resolve this problem
