Thanks, link to this repository happened to be broken, but it seems to me that the idea was to have "Data Migration Tool repository" link title and "repository" link text.

I've checked Markdown syntax documentation, it could be achieved by using just a space instead of commar separator:

This is [an example](http://example.com/ "Title") inline link.

[This link](http://example.net/) has no title attribute.

Tried this variant in action: https://github.com/orlangur/magento2/blob/patch-2/CHANGELOG.md

Could you please adjust your pull request accordingly? To keep a history cleaner, would be nice to perform force push into your pull request branch.
