Readiness Check - Server Failed to Respond #3884

I just installed magento 2.0.2 to a new website, and when I go to the readiness check I'm told that Server Failed to Respond on all four PHP checks. I saw this was an issue a few months ago, but didn't see what the resolution was. I'm a novice at this, so any help is appreciated.

My webhost solved this - they needed Composer installed on the server.
