Completely nonfunctional find/replace cleanup for SimpleStaticAbility and SimpleActivatedAbility to use the simpler constructors with default Zone.BATTLEFIELD param where possible (the vast majority of usages).
Leaves a bunch of unused imports but not touching that here to avoid conflicts.
I'll rebase merge rather than squashing so the individual commits aren't too big.
