Latest image download failures

As of 2025-01-12 on a fresh install, zip files disabled. 153 images fail to download even on a retry. I haven't investigated root cause, just putting the log here for reference. (Seems to be mostly promos failing, could be a reorganization.)

It appears that scryfall has changed from PDCI to DCI

Archangel/pmei/29/ -------- found /pmei/2000-4

Angel of Glory's Rise/pres/A9/ ------ found /pavr/A9
Atarka, World Render/pres/149/ ------ found /pgtc/A11
Beast Whisperer/pres/123/ ------ found /pgrn/123p

So it does appear that scryfall has reorganised promos
