Add documentation on using LVGL with TorizonOS from Toradex.

Please add a new toradex.rst file in a new boards folder (the title should be Board manufacturers, similar to Chip vendors). In toradex.rst just add 3-4 simple paragraphs about:

  • Toradex is manufacturing MPU based boards, based on Yocto, etc
  • Basic portfolio overview: carriers names, board names, etc, just to orient the readers a little bit
  • TorizonOS: just a few sentences + link to the docs that you have already added
  • Mention that we have ready to use Toradex repos, click here to check them out.
