updated actions/upload-artifact@v2 to v4 (latest)
trying v3 as v4 gave an error

For some reason trying to upgrade to the latest version (v4) failed https://github.com/lvgig/tubular/actions/runs/10834605726 Have downgraded to v3 and it seems to be working ok so that should do for now. |

PR here caused pipeline to fail. Fix here has resolved that. Thanks David! |
