Release Notes

This is a maintenance release of the game, the main changes are:

Add: Version "Revenge of Lode Runner" (1986) - 17 levels #50
Add: Version "Lode Runner Fan Book" - 66 levels #50
Change: Increased custom levels from 5 to 15 #49
Change: Game code do not rely anymore on deprecated SDK v1 objects #47
Fix: After selecting a start level, back on main menu would open level editor #48
