tree-sitter: bump versions of dependents

When bumping the version of a tree-sitter parser, we should also bump the versions of any parsers that depend on it.

Perhaps we can stop pin the version of its dependency, For example, tree-sitter-cpp 0.0.40 depends on tree-sitter-c, not tree-sitter-c == 0.0.40. It can also allow we skip some neovim's builtin module. For example:

❯ ls /run/current-system/sw/lib/nvim/parser
 c.so   lua.so   markdown.so   markdown_inline.so   query.so   vim.so   vimdoc.so

neovim attach some parsers. So we can create a fake package tree-sitter-c, it doesn't install any things, tree-sitter-cpp will depends on it.

tree-sitter-cpp 0.0.40 depends on tree-sitter-c, not tree-sitter-c == 0.0.40

It's tricky.
If you pin an older version of a tree-sitter parser, but another parser or set of queries it depends on has a breaking change, it'll break.
