Besides this change, an updated reference to lucky_cli and lucky_migrator will be needed for crystal 0.25.0
This change is compatible with 0.24.2 but not with the formatter.
Note: While digging into this I notice that a copy of lucky_record is expanded in
./libsince lucky_record is a dependency of lucky_migrator which is a development dependency of this shard.
