Here are the changes I've made:

1. In the Language Picker, an added useEffect automatically collapses the section when a new language is selected or when navigating to a language page, enhancing user experience.
2. In the Tag Picker, a similar approach is applied to automatically collapse the section when navigating to different tag pages. This improves the user interface and navigation experience.

demo of the feature:
💐 #240 with a fixed sidebar (I've already incorporated all the changes based on your feedback). This enhancement promises to deliver a significantly improved user experience.
