New tracker IRCC account status check

It helps for daily checking IRCC Tracker Canada account for new updates (Sponsorship). Can send notification on Telegram.

Works on selenium and can be run on local machine.

Run

1. pip3 install -r requirements.txt.
   

2. Edit .env.example and rename to .env your security information for script's work. Get chatID - add @getidsbot inside your group with your chatbot.

3. run inside your project folder ./venv/bin/python3 main.py
