Cannot change embedding model. Defaults to `text-embedding-3-small|openai` and causes error due to lack of OpenAI API Key

Describe how to reproduce
I cannot index my vault. I get an error message that tells me to check the dev console. The dev console logs an error that shows it has failed to load the default OpenAI embedding model. I do not have an OpenAI API key. I only have a Gemini API key. There is no option for me to change the embedding model to a Gemini one.

Expected behavior
Based on the documentation at https://www.obsidiancopilot.com/en/docs/settings I should be able to modify the embedding model in the plugin settings.

Embedding model menu is moved to QA tab.

To achieve what you want:

1. Go to Basic tab, set gemini api key in API Keys.
2. Go to QA tab, set Embedding Model to a gemini embedding model.
3. Chang all the default model as needed (I presume that would be a Gemini model in your case)
