Picks up PR #174 (lobu-ai/owletto): header toggle becomes the bot's power switch in .local mode, 401 recovery via refresh+retry, drop-to-connection-card on invalid_grant, expand-on-tap raw sync error, all detected agent names in the connected-agents header.

Workflow rename was already handled by #856; dropping that delta to avoid reverting it.
