chore: bump web submodule — flatten /agents page (#126)

Bumps web submodule to pick up lobu-ai/owletto-web#126 — mirrors the connectors-page flattening on the agents page. Removes the outer <Card> wrappers around "Lobu agent" and "Bring your own agent" so each section header sits flat on the page bg with the inner MCP URL / app-grid item cards owning the elevation.
