Picks up lobu-ai/owletto#30 (6c535b8): hides cross-org public-catalog entity types from the AppSidebar (which had no list pages for them, and showed all rows as "(0)" due to caller-scoped counts) and from the create-rule target-type Select. Cross-org rows still appear in the breadcrumb type picker (grouped) and the read-only rules section.

useEntityTypeswere missed in #26 — the AppSidebar (showed cross-org rows with caller-scoped count of 0) and the AddRelationshipPopover target-type Select (offered cross-org slugs as rule targets). Both now filter to local-only.Cross-org rows still appear where they should: the entity-creation breadcrumb picker (grouped under "From public catalogs" with read-only badge) and the read-only rules section.
